This small project turns a vague client revision into a before-and-after table plus a short list of questions. AI helps organise supplied text. It does not decide whether work is in scope, set a fee, change a deadline or provide legal advice.
Jotform currently presents a no-code form builder and publishes plan limits. Use Jotform to collect the missing answers after you review the questions yourself; do not treat a submission as a contract amendment or approval. Check the current plan and privacy needs before collecting client material. Jotform · Plans

Prepare the two source texts
Copy only the approved deliverables and the new client message. Give each paragraph an ID, remove secrets and personal data that the comparison does not need, and keep the originals unchanged. Allow 45–60 minutes for one small request, including manual review.
Copy this starter prompt
Compare only the approved deliverables and the new request below.
Create a table with: source ID, original item, requested change,
classification (clarification, replacement, addition, or unknown),
affected output, and question to ask.
Quote briefly so every row is traceable.
Do not interpret a contract or invent price, deadline, acceptance, rights, or promises.
When the text is insufficient, write NEEDS DISCUSSION.

Visit Jotform ↗Build the clarification pack
- Label every source paragraph before sending text to AI.
- Remove any row that cannot point to a supplied source ID.
- Check whether “addition” or “replacement” is supported by the client's words; otherwise mark it unknown.
- Rewrite leading questions as neutral questions the client can answer directly.
- Add owner, fee and timing columns but leave them undecided until the people involved agree.
- Send the reviewed questions, then record the actual answer beside the original row.
Worked fictional sample
Approved item A1 says “five edited product photos.” Message R1 says “Could you also add two vertical crops and the editable files?” The table can record two requested additions and ask which file format is needed and whether the crops are extra outputs or replacements. It cannot label them billable, promise delivery or transfer editing-file rights without an actual agreement.
The pack passes when each proposed change traces to A1 or R1, every uncertainty is visible, and no row states a commercial or legal decision that the source text did not make.
Recover when the request stays unclear
If AI merges separate requests, process one source paragraph at a time. If the client does not answer, keep NEEDS DISCUSSION and continue only with already approved work according to your real agreement. If Jotform is unavailable, send a numbered email or use a shared document. Keep a human-readable copy outside the AI chat.
Product and pricing pages were inspected on 6 October 2026. This is a planning exercise; no client exchange, account workflow, contract interpretation or dispute outcome was tested.
