This project turns notes for three handmade products into a small table layout, three price signs and one FAQ card. AI can structure the copy, but it must not invent materials, benefits or care instructions. The sample is fictional, and PickByTask did not test a real stall or sales result.
Canva currently offers documents, presentations, social and print design formats alongside AI tools. Use it to lay out the checked product signs and FAQ after every material, price and care line matches the maker's notes. Check the current plan before using premium assets. Canva · Plans

Prepare a source card for each product
Record product ID, name, materials you can verify, price, dimensions, available colours, care instructions and one limitation. Leave unknown fields blank. Photograph the actual item and give the image the same ID. Allow about 60–90 minutes for three products, excluding photography and printing.
Copy this starter prompt
Use only the three product cards below. Draft one compact sign per product
with name, verified materials, price, dimensions and care instructions.
Then draft one FAQ card using only facts shared by the three cards.
Do not add health, durability, sustainability or handmade claims.
Write NEEDS CHECK for missing information and keep every product ID.

Visit Canva ↗Build and check the display
- Compare each source card with the finished item and price list.
- Run the prompt and keep every
NEEDS CHECKmarker until resolved. - Put the product name and price where a standing visitor can read them first.
- Keep materials, dimensions and care instructions together.
- Sketch a table with one featured item, two supporting items and the FAQ card.
- Print a plain-text backup and ask someone to find all three prices without help.
Worked fictional sample
Product M-02 is a blue glazed cup priced at 480 baht. The source card says stoneware, 250 ml and hand wash. Its sign may repeat those details. It cannot claim dishwasher safety, food-safety certification or a locally sourced glaze unless the maker has supplied and checked those facts.
The pack passes when all three signs match their source cards, prices match the current list, limitations remain visible, and a reader can find materials and care instructions. The FAQ must not turn one product's fact into a claim about all three.
Recover when the layout or facts fail
If AI merges products, process one card at a time. If the sign feels crowded, remove adjectives before verified facts. If Canva is unavailable, use folded paper cards or a two-column document. Keep the source cards at the stall so staff can correct a sign without guessing.
Product and pricing pages were inspected on 4 October 2026. This is a display-planning exercise, not evidence of product performance, compliance, customer response or sales.
